Bertha Hurtado, originally from Lima, Peru and mother of two, founded On the Run Coffee Bar in Florida after a successful career as a forensic anthropologist. Her mobile coffee bar is the first fully electric one in the state, emphasizing zero emissions and sustainability. On The Run offers ethically sourced, fair-trade coffee and tea, supporting both farmers and the environment. On the Run is dedicated to delivering expertly crafted beverages with a personalized service. Each visit reflects Bertha's commitment to quality, community, and environmental responsibility.

River Café, helmed by the talented chef Diego Pasqualicchio, offers a refreshing take on healthy dining with its vibrant breakfast and lunch menu. Guests can indulge in delicious acai bowls, fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, and nourishing protein bowls, all crafted with care and seasonal ingredients. Diego is from the city of Turin, Italy, where he studied culinary arts and trained in a Michelin star restaurant before moving to Miami. In addition to River Café, Diego also runs Arancinoos Italian, where he serves up Sicilian-style arancini.
