On The Run Coffee Bar was founded in Florida by Bertha Hurtado, a mother of two originally from Lima, Peru, who began her career as a forensic anthropologist before bringing her passion for coffee and community to life. Her mobile coffee bar is the first fully electric coffee bar in the state, designed with sustainability at its core through zero-emission service and an environmentally conscious approach.
